I want to change my eating lifestyle to pescatarian, low-carb. My family is a meat-eating family and I don't want to make them change theirs unless they want to. But, I can't make 2 different meals. I plan on meal prepping for myself but I would also like to already have some stuff in my freezer for when I can't do my own. Has anyone used any of those like Hello Fresh? Or, if you find stuff at your local stores, what do you get? What stores? I know we all have different stores but I'd… read more

Hello everyone, just wondering if anyone has tried juicing before? My mom recently saw a program on a lady who has fibro that tried juicing and it helped her a lot and she wrote a book about it. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this and if it helped or if it is just another one of those things that costs money that does nothing. Thank you in advance
It's terrible to say but I'm glad I'm not the only one that reacts so much to things
I’ve been put on a diet here is a pict of the can and can not have. I’m trying to figure out snacks, and drink recipes if anyone can help it’s been tough for 2.5 weeks now.

I can no longer take anti-inflammatory drugs, after 17 years my kidneys have said "no more!" . So, I was forced to change my diet in order to keep my kidneys as healthy as possible. This was a slow process over a couple months that we've been living for almost a year now. Our diet now looks like this
A. No processed foods
B. No breads, little to no pastas, rice or heavy starches
C. Heavy fruits and vegetables
D. Nuts, some whole grains: farrow, lintels, quinoa, chia seeds
E. Very little… read more

Thank you!
So the fibromyalgia diet hasn't changed my symptoms at all. I've been on it for 6 months. My dr wants me to try the low carb diet. Less than 20 carbs per day. Has anyone tried the low carb diet? Did it help your symptoms?
I've found some foods irritate me since I went on meds but diet wise I eat what I fancy if I'm happy and relaxed that helps much more with managing pain xxx sometimes we just have to do what feels… read more
Have any of you tried juicing and did it help the pain? I would like to do it, but it will cost about $500 a month with organic vegetables. I'm not talking about buying juice due to too much sugar.
I do have a homemade vegetable juice now and than and I enjoy it and if it goes too many days I miss it.
I have got energy from drinking drinks I have prepared in my juicer. My favouite one is Pineapple, mango, orange, two carrots and half a lime. All of them are peeled. Sometimes I think it's too much… read more
