Members connected over the shared experience of persistent pressure or pain just below the rib cage, with many describing it as constant, worsening with certain positions like driving or wearing a bra, and sometimes feeling like cramping that takes their breath away. Several members identified their pain as costochondritis, inflammation of the rib cage cartilage that can be debilitating, though others noted their pain felt different and was located lower near the liver or stomach area. A recurring theme was the frustration of trying to distinguish between different types of pain, the relief found in heat pads or hot water bottles, and the importance of checking with a doctor to rule out serious causes.

If I need time off or are hurting bad, he always prays for me. Wonderful Christian man. I'm so glad to be talking to you. Hope you can figure out the reason for your pain. Have a great evening.
