MJ For Sleep. Anyone Try It? Edibles?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I know I should not drink in order to sleep but it has been my go to thing. Melatonin makes me sleepy but not enough to go to sleep. My stomach doesn't like the alcohol so I am finally going to try Marijuana which is legal in the state of Colorado. I don't smoke, so it will need to be edibles or tinctures. Success anyone?

I’m on the cbd oil . It takes awhile to kick in .the larger mg bottle is less expensive in the long run because you take fewer ml .
Mg is how much is in The bottle . ML is how you dose . I bought the 3,000 mg bottle the last time .
My oil users group swears by Hempbomb company’s edibles for sleep .

You can use it in any state because there is no thc in the isolate . It is sent to every state via post . You can also order full spectrum with a very small % of THC and that can be sent too .
Easy Peasy . No docs!

Everyone is different so I cannot tell you how much or how often to use it . What you do is find a reputable company and call their customer service . They are not allowed to tell you how much to take due to FDA rules , but will guide you.

I learned much and read many articles on the oilusers Facebook page . That’s how I started plus research . There are dosing charts and rankings of the top companies and suggestions of companies best for different conditions . I I hear that Nuleaf and Web MD are good for fibro . I use Medterra now . Evelyn in customer service is tops, we end up talking an hour each time !
.
Just make sure that their product is grown in either Colorado or Kentucky and that they use a third party lab . Don’t just order from amazon or ads as there are lots of fakes since it is gaining in usage .
Call first and get a feel for their customer service . I refused I’ve company because you could only communicate via e mail ! That was Koi co.

Go to the shop and talk with the budtenders. Tell them you have fibro and need something for sleep. Likely they will recommend something edible that is from indica with good cbd and thc ratio.
I tried it on vacation and it worked. I, unfortunately cannot partake where i am. Someday I'll either move or it will be legal everywhere. Then i will use it to manage my fibromyalgia.
Good luck and i hope it helps you.

Liska how much do you use? How do you use it? How much time do you think it takes to work.
