Hello everyone, I have a low immune system even though my blood test is perfect. I catch everything ( a cold, allergie, and so on...)

Right now I am taking vitamin B, iron and vitamin B because I have nerf problem.

Cutting down on inflammation helps. Supplements such as Curamed and Curamin are high potency and keep bugs away. Also eating prebiotic and probiotic foods are helpful since your gut is half of your immune systeme. Kefir, kimchee, brined foods, cultured foods, yogurt and kombucha can help with the good bacteria.

Might add vitamin C to that. Or look up immunity building supplements online. Vitaminshoppe.com has a lot of good stuff.
Are you sure it's not allergies?

I take echinacea and 1000mg of vitamin C which helps. With the echinacea take it in a cyclical pattern. 10 days on and 10 days off. Hope this helps
