I had to stop taking NSAIDs due to chronic heartburn. I take the max dose of paracetamol everday, CBD oil twice a day, very very low dose of zopiclone or diazapam before bed otherwise the pain wakes me up and tramadol during the day if I'm having a bad one. After my shower I rub magnesium oil into my skin after I've moisturised with coconut oil. I've been seeing an osteopath for an hour long massage once a week for the last few months and I've noticed I've been needing the tramadol less and less even though it has been a stressful time. This is the second osteopath I've tried the first one worked too deeply and would send me into a flare up. Good luck

I’ve been using Essential Oils (make sure it is a reputable company), herbal teas, and anti inflammatory diet. Along with light exercise, stretching and yoga. I’m only taking a very low dose of mobic and I’m going to start weaning off that this week. I can tell as soon as I eat something sweet (baked goods or candy) instead of fruit, fried foods, high fat and processed meats, or anything with artificial sweeteners. But it’s worth giving up those things if I can get off med. luckily I’m allergic to most of the recommend meds with the bad side effects.....I’d much rather have some pain than the long term side effects but I realize everyone has to do what’s best for them.

Good luck with whatever you find that will work for you. READ and research. Tami Stackelhouse has a Facebook page and has written some great books.
