i used one for several years and after concentrating on my large muscles, I felt better all over. I am getting a new one. They are available online now and not too expensive. Fibro affects all of us so differently so you just have to experiment to find what works for you. My very best to you. tens unit is how I described my search.
Tried three different home based 10s and 0 help two different ones at a medical level (in hospital) and again 0 help or use.
At first it was alright but at the level i needed it is ineffective

Try the yoga posture pigeon pose or a figure four. It's a hip opening pose but really helps with sciatica.
I do not suffer with that from fibro but I didn't in my pregnancies.
I bet there is a YouTube video for that make and model - there is most everything else.
I own a TENS machine. I got mine from Amazon for less than 40 dollars. I wish only that I knew better how to use it, because I feel sort of like an orangutan with a smart phone. I know more about smart phones. There should be good manuals. Or a book: How To Use Your TENS Machine, or TENS Machines for Dummies. 😉
