I find that Vitamin B, D and Magnesium help a lot. I’m just starting to take turmeric with black pepper. Hopefully that brings relief as well.

Yes these are unfortunately all signs of fibro!! For the calves and shins I use Voltaren run and a heating blanket. For the burning feet, I use a bean bag that is kept in the freezer and put my feet on it Relieves them immensely!!

Rubbing alcohol for the"fire"feet, magnesium and potassium is essential for proper muscle metabolism.Arnca gel can help for the soreness, rubbing alcohol too.Also epsom salt baths can help. Ice too

I used to have this symptom.
Worth trying out a magnesium spray (BetterYou is a good brand) so you can experiment with spraying it on and gently rubbing.
Rest when you can and maybe try out some gentle yoga positions which help to stretch out calves.
For feet I used to roll my foot over a can/rolling pin/tennis ball to massage the muscles
