Neck issues

Does anyone have issues with their neck? I have had terrible neck and shoulder pain for three months now. Some days worse than others. Recently DX with mild RA as if Fibro wasn't enough. Just so tired of all this. This pain seems to be causing migraines now.

Members overwhelmingly related to the experience of severe neck and shoulder pain intensified by fibromyalgia, with many sharing that these symptoms often trigger debilitating migraines and noting that fibromyalgia seems to amplify pain from underlying issues like cervical stenosis or arthritis. Several members shared practical strategies that have brought them relief, including physical therapy, TENS units, muscle relaxers, massage, heat therapy, Epsom salt baths, specific pillow arrangements, inversion machines, and notably the Daith ear piercing which multiple members credited with stopping their migraines entirely. A recurring theme was the exhausting challenge of managing chronic pain while working and the frustration of feeling like fibromyalgia is a gift that keeps on giving, met with deep community solidarity and encouragement to keep advocating for relief.

Neck and shoulder pains with headaches are one of the main symptoms of FM according to my specialist. Look at the trigger points when you Google FM

I bought 4 little butterfly style TENS things, battery operated that I can 'wear' as I do things. Got them on Ebay search for portable TENS machines.

Hi LizaR. Neck pain is one of my worse pains. I have yet to find relief for the pain. However, I use a heating pad for soothing.
