Neck Issues
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone have issues with their neck? I have had terrible neck and shoulder pain for three months now. Some days worse than others. Recently DX with mild RA as if Fibro wasn't enough. Just so tired of all this. This pain seems to be causing migraines now.

Neck and shoulder pains with headaches are one of the main symptoms of FM according to my specialist. Look at the trigger points when you Google FM

I bought 4 little butterfly style TENS things, battery operated that I can 'wear' as I do things. Got them on Ebay search for portable TENS machines.

Hi LizaR. Neck pain is one of my worse pains. I have yet to find relief for the pain. However, I use a heating pad for soothing.
