I have muscle twitches everywhere! They’re really noticeable when not moving, and seem to stop. Im talking in my hands, feet, arms, legs, head, stomach, and face. Head to toe. Is this common with Fibromyalgia?

My Doctor thinks that the shaking is due to anxiety over the fact that I know that I am going to be in pain. My brain kicks the fear factor into high gear and bingo, shakes and trembles. I never would have thought that true but she prescribed a mild anti-anxiety med, Hydroxyzine that I take 3 times a day and I have a LOT less shaking and trembling now.
Oh my, yes! Some twitches are fairly light and barely noticeable and others are quite strong and feel as if someone pushed that area of the body. Even my abdomen twitches - often, and sometimes very strongly. Weird stuff!
