All the time I s and Colitis. IBS is common with fibro
Yes, h-pylori infection 2001 or so my belly has been terable ever since,. I have ibs, connective tissue damage, nerve problems, low back pain, I use a heating pad every night helps with my angziety the most. I must sleep a bit deeper thats what I figure, have to be careful can burn your skin, I ware a t-shirt and shorts so there's two layers of fabrics between me and the heating pad. I've also had deep tissue massage when it was crippling painfull , which helped my quaily of life come back. Still deal with lower back pain nothing seems to help but rest.
I have IBS, but it got much better when I quit eating lettuce and other greens, and tomatoes. I was eating these huge "healthy" salads and wondering why I felt worse and worse, and finally a nurse at my doctor's office told me lettuce is a major trigger for IBS. Seems to also be the case for other greens like spinach, kale, etc. It's sad because these are so healthy for you, but not apparently if you have IBS. I still have salads, but now they consist of things like mushrooms, beets, avocado, cucumber, olives, etc.
Yes I do, when I get a flare up, it's often tummy and bowel linked as well as feeling bodily like I have flu, my skin is sore. Other times I have severe pain.
Thanks all going to look I to Allicin and alimed
