I have a hard time just working 2 days. Some of my co-workers have friends with Fibro and said they all collect disability.

If your doctor considers you disabled, you should apply, and can do it all on line up to the appointment date when you bring your medical records.

To go on disability best thing to do is get a lawyer first they will help you all the way and make sure all your doctors are on board especially your primary care doctor you will have to get all your files from each doctor and get copies of everything for the lawyer you need a disability Lawyer just saying I helped a friend to get on disability if you need more help let me know

Yes, I have been on disability since 1995. I was diagnosed with severe Fibromyalgia 😨 😨😨 with chronic pain. I also have CFS. Since then I have had many other medical issues. I truly believe that they will find out eventually that this is an auto immune disorder.80percent of sufferers are women. Rampant sexism is involved. Things have not changed much since then. Some Docs believe it's all in your head still!!!! It most definitely is not!!!!
2, useful websites are the NFA(National Fibromyalgia Association) the other is themighty.com Knowledge is POWER!!

Ellie5 my heart goes out to you. I wish these stupid doctors could have our pain and discomfort for just one day then they would understand what we go through every day of the year. Keep going don't let anyone get you down.

Yes, I do. I have tried a number of times to get it on my own and to no avail. I ended up having to hire a lawyer and I won my case. I'm still waiting on my lump sum but I am getting my monthly payments. I also have stenosis of the spine and depression but fibro is the main factor for my pain. Try getting an attorney. Good luck
