I have all sorts of arm pain, unfortunately. I seem to have it much worse on my left side. I have been to 3 different neurologists in the past 6 months. I’ve had 4 nerve conduction tests and 4 EMGs. They say everything is perfectly fine. My MRI showed minor stenosis and maybe one herniated disc. Some days my thumb has a tremor and it’s hard for me to text with my left thumb. I have numbness that radiates down my forearm but my pain comes from my clavical all the way down to my hands. I have almost completely given up trying to understand fibro bc it seems like it can cause an array of symptoms. Many of which the doctors don’t even understand. I’m just trying to accept this is the new me. Sadly. 😢

I had some sort of ridiculopathy at the top of my arm that did the same thing; it was caused by my neck pinching some nerves and needed physical therapy.
