Also if the floor is cement or cold tiles etc, maybe if you brought a small area rug just to fit under your desk and chair, to keep your feet etc warm!! I know if I’m on bare floors, the cold seems to go up my body and the aching is brutal, especially in my legs!!

I don’t work but I would check if maybe you could bring an electric blanket to sit on and wrap around your legs?? People wouldn’t really be able to see it that much but I find if I can keep my legs and feet warm, it really helps! Good luck!

I had been lucky that my office allowed the heater and I kept a small blanket there too. You could ask for an accommodation because of your disability, under federal laws. You will need a letter from your doctor detailing your illness and what your company can do to accommadate you .

There is a bloodtest for rehnouds phenomenon. Its the body's inability to have good circulation in cold temperatures. I am a different person in the summer, than winter. I am always achy in the cold weather. And if air conditioning on too high. I cant move. No cure. But much empathy for all.
