Me too! I have some days that the sandman gives me a reprieve but most days I am very sleepy. What irks me the most is that I usually can't fall asleep! Just stay groggy!!

I am tired all the time!! I bet there has been a handful of times that I have actually felt rested. I am sure its the meds and really hoping this change to Cymbalta helps but not counting on it

I was that way until about 4 months ago. I started Cymbalta and I see a therapist every week. It’s helped me kick the all day sleepiness almost completely. I still take naps if I’m having a particularly painful day but I’ve improved a lot.

Definitely check your meds and supplements. Take any that make you sleepy at night. I also take Cymbalta at night. Any that give you a boost in the am. I have always had terrible sleep patterns and insomnia and its getting worse. One thing that did help me with energy was phentermine but its not meant for long term usage. It only made me feel almost normal, but the Dr acted like I was jonesing for it. Good luck!
