Members shared strategies for managing sudden heartburn and nausea, with many finding relief by identifying and eliminating trigger foods like dairy, gluten, and spicy items, noting that food reactions can appear up to three days after eating. Several members recommended specific remedies including omeprazole, probiotics, Heather's Tummy Tamers, and careful tracking of what they eat to help the body signal when something isn't working. A recurring theme was the importance of consulting a doctor to rule out reflux disease or other gastric issues while being patient with the trial-and-error process of discovering personal food sensitivities.

Hope you feel better. Try paying attention to what you are eating. The body will tell you when it has had enough . You just fell awful . Nausea ., might need s detox . Did you talk to a doctor yet ?

I was getting that dumb Gerd, nauseated, heartburn, and just all around gas and the best thing I have done is avoid milk products and gassy or spicy foods.

Just so you know, you can get reactions to foods for 3 days after eating the food. That's why it's so hard to detect food allergies, because it could be anything you've eaten in the last 3 days.
