I started at 60 & now take 90 in the am. <a href="/treatments/lyrica">Lyrica</a> helps me a great deal. Everyone's different tho!! Prayers for you Annie 😇💖

60mg x2 a day

30mg worked best for me

I am on 30 at night. Can't take 60. Last time we tried that I ended up in the back of an ambulance and in hospital for several hours
