Members connected over the exhausting reality of chronic fatigue, with many describing daily afternoon crashes around 4:00 p.m. and the difficulty of accepting rest when they once were active and productive. Several members shared strategies that helped them cope, including talking to doctors about medications like Wellbutrin for fatigue, scheduling daily naps without guilt, breaking tasks into smaller chunks with frequent breaks, and reframing rest as necessary self-care rather than wasted time. A recurring theme was learning to accept new limitations, prioritize personal health over pleasing others, and give themselves permission to rest in order to have better days ahead.

Say my doctor about that. I was a some exhausted that my fibro was over the roof. He prescribed me some Wellbutrin (which is an antidepressor that helps with the fatigue symptoms) and it helped tremendously.

It's not easy the fatigue all the time especially when you don't sleep well. Just take it day by day🤗

To be honest you never do, its a terrible answer but true, planning your life every little step to avoid getting a flare or fatiguing easily is hard work in itself but its what you have to do. Stop trying to keep everybody happy its about you, you are ill and you have to tell those around you the gritty truth.
