Thank you for posting the spoon story I've never read it and or heard about it but it does make perfectly good sense on how to explain the many illnesses we all have thanks again

Doesn't work for me because I never know how many spoons I have hour to hour. So I can get up thinking I have 10 for the day, and by 10am, I only have 1 left...

@A MyFibroTeam Member thank you for posting the spoon theory story! I have heard people on here talk of spoons but didn’t have a clue what it meant! I took the time to read it this morning and what an interesting and smart way to explain our illness!! Hopefully now I can help friends and family understand my illness and how it effects me or even better, have friends and family read it!! Thank you again for sharing!!
