If you google Susun Weed, spelled like I spelled it you will find a plethora of material relating to herbs. Herbs are useful you just have to make sure there are no interactions. Go to the link for youtube.com and google Susun Weed Infusions. As for the fibro all the herbs that are called "adaptogens" are good for us.
I am in college for alternative medicine and I am fluent in herbs. I did a few articles on herbs. You might be able to go to Llewellyn.com and look for there 2011 Herbal Almanac, I did an article on Herbs for Fibromyalgia. Herb Quarterly my article 11 Essential Herbs for Women.

Your info is so helpful. That's great that u r going to school for alternative medicine. More people need to use alternatives rather than prescriptions all the time. I know I feel much better with herbs and eating and not eating certain foods.

Sorry, no. I take so much medication, it's like having an entire meal by the time I get done. I'm not looking for anything else, but I know that many people use them and find them very useful. I say go for whatever works for you.
