For Those Having Issues With Light Sensitivity.
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

As much as I love this time of year, Spring time, along with it comes the bright sun which my eyes have a hard time with so I try to protect them as much as possible.
Soon to buy another pair of dark sun glasses over the sunglasses I already have.
How lovely.
The pain grew over time from the morning light coming in my window this am.
Anyhow I know that there are others who suffer with eye pain too.
What do u do?

Jagdish, I don’t like the bright sunlight but it doesn’t bother me if I wear glasses , it must be awful to have pain from it, be careful and always wear your sunglasses .I feel for youbecause summer is so beautiful after the hard winter we just went through..take care sweetie , stay in the shade as much as possible, sending you a big hug but gently hahaha 🤗❤️🤗

The best sunglasses are polarized ones and here is a tip from when I used to fish a lot in CA. Don’t just wear them in the sun, if you have polarized glasses that block UV rays wear them on cloudy, foggy and rainy days as well. They block out all the glare and you see much more clearly than with regular sun glasses. I used to use a very fine fishing line and the only way I could see it in the rain was with polarized glasses.

I have an appointment coming up with the eye doctor, I lose Focus and can see. I think it apart of the Fibromyalgia and nerve problems that I have. I do wear glasses but it not helping anymore.
