As i have alwsys been thin. I eat healthy i work fulltime and i try to do some exercise.does anyone have any suggestions what i can do as i am very distraught about it x

I think part of the reason for weight gain is the cycle of pain, a person is more immoble because they hurt like heck. You sound really active, does your doctor have you on any medications? Is weight gain a possible side effect there - a lot of our medications seem to pack on weight. Weight gain is really hard, see what your doc has to say. ❤️
It's not a direct symptom of fibro, but likely a medication or lack of movement, lack of sleep, depression etc. that will have you moving less, metabolising slower, eating more. Or your hypothalamus may be affected by the fibro, which may affect hormones, that affect weight gain.
where did you find the info on weight gain being a symptom of fibro? I would like to read it!
im 61 and its really hard to loose weight, im not heavy weigh, 123 but last summer was 116 not sure what im doing wrong, but i am hungry alot
checking your thyroid will help as well. People with FM tend to have low functioning thyroid.
