sleeping is kind of a circus act for me. I have to find a position of sleep that doesn't hurt my head, neck and shoulders and I have damage in my lumbar spine. So I have to find a position that doesn't hurt my back and certain positions cause my legs to cramp or my arms to hurt. I have read that improving our deep sleep helps with all aspects of fibro. It's not going to fix everything, but it's supposed to help.

I always have huge, painful knots in my neck, and the muscles right along the top of my shoulders are always huge, painful knots too.
The pain is so bad, it limits so many things. I have not been able to drive for the past 8 years.

My neck and the back of my head are actually sore to the touch. I have a terrible time finding a comfortable sleeping position.
