Does Anyone Have What I Can Only Describe As Internal Vibrations?? It Feels Really Strange And Scary.

Feels like my body is vibrating or pulsing on the inside. It's really hard to explain the sensation in my body but it's like my body is vibrating or something?? Also feels like a kinda bubbling sensation in my chest. It's horrible as I can't seems to tune out of it when it happens. It makes me feel really upset because it's so strange. Does anyone else experience this??? 😒

Yes! You are experiencing tremors. I have felt like that for decades. That and muscle twitching. Fibromyalgia is a hypersensitive central nervous system illness. It is not uncommon to get many neurological symptoms of which migraine is one. Are you on any meds??? because certain anti-depressants can actually make that worse.

I have discussed this recently. I have terrible vibrations. I liken them to a humming or buzzing right under the skin. It literally makes me want to crawl out of my skin. I have had this for 3 months now. They were getting better but then they started to come back with a vengeance. Now they are in my arms and legs as well as my feet and hands and are creeping up to my neck. I can also feel my pulse in my big toes or even in my fingers. It is very weird. Lately I have been having localized twitching in my left arm (10 days now). I went back to the neurologist about it and he said it was from the mild degeneration in my spine which I find hard to believe. I mean, I know he's a neurologist and all but something seems off to me. He said this is classic fibro but again, not really sure I'm buying it. I also sought out a second opinion with a neuromuscular doctor and they did an EMG a month ago and they said it was perfect - nothing scary -. But since then, I have started to get the localized arm twitches and cramping. Yesterday my left arm felt like someone had given me a bunch of shots in it. And as I sit here and type, the vibrations just keep on going. My vibrations seem to be worse with fast fine motor type movements like typing or they become exacerbated when I am sitting in the car and can feel the vibrations going over bumps in the road or even holding a hair dryer, etc. I'm pretty fed up with all this shit to be honest. I have another appointment with my neuromuscular nurse practitioner tomorrow. The nurse told me it was a waste of time to come in since I don't have my MRI with contrast yet and I don't have my small fiber nerve biopsy until May 30th but guess what? I don't care what the nurse says...she's not living in my damn body. I also had bloodwork done by them that they sent to the mayo clinic. The results are in but NO ONE has called me back so I am going to go so I can get those results tomorrow and ALSO so I can ask if they will give me a spinal tap. They may say no but I don't care. I am the patient and I am paying them for their service and expertise.

I never experienced jumpy legs until I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. The restlessness and jumping in my legs was driving me crazy and there was no way I could sleep but then came one night when the humming, buzzing, trembling feeling with all over my body. It was in my chest in my arms in my hands and also my legs and thighs and even the bottom of my feet were humming and twitching inside. I jumped out of bed and asked my husband what can I do?! He said that he had used apple cider vinegar when he had jumpy restless legs. I was in so much discomfort that it felt painful and jarring to every nerve in my skin. I poured an inch of water into a glass and then about three-quarters as much of apple cider vinegar. It was organic and had the mother in it. I swallowed that down. Then I took it to bed and poured more vinegar nto the cup and started dipping a cloth in the liquid and rubbing it from my ankles up to my knees on both sides then I did my stomach and chest and then my arms all the way to the palms of my hands then my neck and back. I laid back and I felt all the shaking starting to go away. The only place I hadn't rubbed vinegar was on the bottom of my feet. And there they were buzzing and humming so I got the cloth back out and gently applied it on the underside of my toes and back to my heels until the bottom of my feet were covered. Everything stopped. It never happened that bad again but I have a bottle of apple cider vinegar next to my bed and always a bottle of water and anytime my legs start jumping I just put the vinegar on a thin white cloth and rub it all over where I'm suffering. I don't know why this works but it does for me. God bless you all and I pray this help somebody else because next to pain having your body trembling underneath your skin can drive you crazy and certainly not let you sleep. Gentle hugs and all my love to my brothers and sisters who continue to suffer.

Hi, I wonder if I could ask you a couple questions? Do you also have shaking/throbbing in the back of your head? Do experience head pressure, ear pain, nasal drip, acid reflux and bowel spasms along with the vibrations?
