Yes! mostly in my sleep.

Yes I feel like I'm clenching my teeth in the middle of the night but usually my tongue is in between them I also find myself clenching my teeth during the day and don't realize it till my jaw starts hurting. I thought maybe it was the pain that was making me do it.

Iv suffered with this and my dentist made me a gum shield, helps so much, didn't realize i was grinding my teeth at night. hope this helps
