A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question šŸ’

I have the feeling like something is stuck in my throat and the back of my neck hurts so bad. Any thoughts, advice, or help.

I have been choking a lot lately too. I can take several supplements at once without any problems but then I get a tiny little pill stuck on the back of my throat. It is scary. I also have been asperating liquids and a couple of times pills. My uncle had aspiration pneumonia resently which I had never heard of and now it really scares me when I do it. I'm sorry for all of you experiencing this but I'm glad that it might be from fibro. I'm going to my primary doc today and plan on telling him to see what he says. I hope you all have a low pain day. Hugs

Globus hystericus possibly, can be caused anxiety, reflux, muscles spasms. I had it on and off especially nights or evening. Lasted for about year.

I rarely feel like I get something stuck in my throat, but I do choke a lot, sometimes on just a bit of saliva and sometimes it seems like Iā€™m choking on air. Scary. As for my neck, it hurts almost all the time.

Best to google it, when the lymphatic system gets sluggish it can help to have it kinda drained of toxins.
