I had foot pain for many years. Particularly the top of my feet, to the point where I could not wear socks because they caused me much pain. I feel like my feet are cement blocks at this point. I still have Shooting pains but they are very numb now also. I used to get Morton’s neuromas on the balls of my feet on occasion but haven’t had those in a long while. Elevation of my feet above the heart level is the only thing that ever helped, and still does.

Please please please be careful taking steroids. My daughter lost her adrinal glands. I was at my cardiologist yesterday and I talked to him about it. He said long term steroids cause all kind of really bad things with my daughter her adrenal glands look like raisins. I can't take them I have insulin resistant diabetes.

Good to know. I think I am starting to have plantar faceitius (spelling?) around my heel. I didn't know that an orthro doc was the person to see. Was your injection a steriod shot?
