I do all of the time. Feels like a bad sunburn on my face chest and back it’s horrible. I keep thinking it’s shingles. No rash though.

Yes there are day i don't want to get dressed the clothes even hurt my skin i just rub down with pain ointment or use a tens unit on the area

my arm swell and I'm sensitive to touch.... my youngest granddaughter loves cuddles and I have to keep telling her gentle OK... I have to can find something to help. hugs x
