What all medicine and supplements do y'all take and do they seem to help with the fibro?

Ashley, the miracle for me has been low dose Naltrexone ([[treatment:LDN):584204836b4dcc367250f7ea]]). If you google it, you can find lots of information about it and how it works with fibro. I take vitamin supplements, multi, vitamin C and vitamin D. One of the most important things for me is avoiding sugar - since I'm all too human, i slip, and can really tell the difference in pain level and activity tolerance when I consume sugar. You'll see that others have many different medications because what works well for one person may not work as well or not at all for another. wishing you success in finding what works for you!

I also use low dose naltrexone. On my 2nd month. Huge difference already. I also use acupuncture, earthing mat, CBD and magnesium

I’m on Cymbalta, Gabapentin, and Vicodin. I believe they do help, but still have some bad days.
