In other words i believe my memory loss is due to fibro. Is that correct?

@A MyFibroTeam Member, @A MyFibroTeam Member, I understand what you mean, I tend to avoid conversations with new people all together because of this. It makes it very difficult to find friends since I relocated so far from home. Just know you're not alone and there are people who understand!
hello again.....for the important stuff, post-it notes and refrigerator clip magnets are wonderful. What I do is write my important stuff down immediately and then put it in its appropriate envelope clipped to the refrigerator. I also carry with me a daily appointment calendar and really use it. I have a very real short-time memory problem and what someone might tell me in the early afternoon, I'll forget by night. I try not to stress because there is nothing I can do about it... I try to find ways to deal with it. This is the new normal for me.
I use a small notebook and planner to keep notes so i dont forget. It has been the only way i remember and has worked for six years now. Also i keep notes on my phone with reminders as a back up.
I to have memory problems along with severe depression and anxiety. Anyone else?
Most definitely! Some days are worse than others but I find that when I'm in the midst of a flare-up my memory and concentration are horrible.
