Yes, I used to do that. Dropping things, clumsy. But Taking magnesium & vitamin D & Omega 3 fixed that for me.
I have had similar experiences, my knees will randomly give out on occasion but I am usually able to avoid falling. As for the hands that is a daily instance for me. I have trouble using my hands and have to focus on what I'm doing to make sure I don't drop anything. I have heard from others that this could be from nerve damage but I'm unsure whether or not it is related to fibromyalgia. It can be irritating though, especially when in a public setting and you drop your glass randomly(this has happened to me a couple times).
I have had a few falls recently as my left knee keeps going and I hit the floor! It has happened inside but also outside and it's at stage where I am afraid to go out on my own!
Sometimes my legs and ankles feel weak and unstable. I drop things a lot now, also.
I drop things far more frequently now than I ever did in the past. It is a little crazy making to have to pick things up all the time, because that hurts. You aren't alone.
