Big toe sharp and shooting paun.

I get very sharp pain under my big toe, does anyone else has experienced it? Also amy suggestion to control it.

I have sharp stabbing pains in my sides, hands, arms & abdomen. Sometimes they take my breathe & stop me in my tracks. I apply pressure, it is your muscles seizing due to the nerves.
