Like pain and numbness and dropping things
Anyone have (ganglion cysts) is there a connection to fibo
I also have hand pain. Originally diagnosed by rheumatologist with osteoarthritis in thumbs and did injections whien I was still working. It did help.
My GP noticed hand swelling in my left hand on my last visit. He did blood work and it tested positive for RA factor. I know we tend to blame our pain on fibro, but keep an eye out for other illnesses, especially if it’s something new.
Yes. My hands have been hurting bad lately. I also drop stuff all of the time, especially when my back is hurting. I use voltaren gel on them but i break out if i use it daily. I have itch bumps allover my hands and forearms right now from using it too much lately. It works so good that i use too much and break out. I will never learn. Lol
I dont really know but i can only say from my own experience i get it all the time. The pain is awful infact i have it this morning its an awful feeling its nimb and my fingers i try to massage them but the best thing i find is putting my hands in hot soapy water.and massaging them.hope your not suffering to much gentle hugs jan.x
My hands hurt all the time too my joints in my fingers underneath my thumb my hands turn red if I hold onto something too tightly which I find myself doing all the time so that I don't drop anything they're also swelling now every morning so I have to make sure I take off any of my rings otherwise they hurt too much to try to get the rings off. It also goes into my wrists and up my forearm into my elbows most of the time just to rest my hands on the arms of the chair is excruciating
NEUROLOGICAL SYMPTOMS
It was recently in the news that researchers have found a neurological connection to fibromyalgia. Neurological symptoms include lightheadedness, inability to think clearly (also known as brain fog or Fibro fog), seizures, seizure-like episodes, fainting, dizziness, numbness or tingling sensations, ringing in one or both ears, sensitivity to light and noise intolerance. Other symptoms are feeling spatially disoriented, balance difficulty, clumsy walking, dropping things frequently, difficulty judging distances and difficulty seeing what you are looking at.
