I have made a lot of fibro friends over the years, most I have never seen and never will because they live too far away and none of us are able to travel. We write letters, if they are computer literate we send emails, talk on the phone and swap horror stories. I'm sure we are all aware of how much and how often we can go on about our latest pains and therefore there has to be an honesty. If we are having a bad day and someone calls it's quite all right to say 'sorry I can't do this today' and of course the more friends you make, the more options you have when you need to call someone.
