I sigh a lot too. I realized that it is a way to work through the constant pain. If you have had kids, you will remember the childbirth "puffs". Breathing through the pain! Gentle hugs.
Yes! My exhaustion drives me to tears. My hubby will inquire what’s going on
when I cry out of nowhere😢. I tell him
that I’m so tired all I can do is cry. I can’t talk as that’s way too exhausting and breathing is exhausting, sort of heavy. I know I’m getting air but I always say I feel like I need some fresh oxygen. I absolutely despise this disease. As I’m getting older it doesn’t hurt any worse it just seems like I
don’t get as many breaks from it as I used to. Still, I am blessed. Love and understanding to all of you.❤️
Wow i find myself sighing all the time too.i really dont mean too,i cant seem to stop,But it does make sense though xx
Sometimes the thought of socializing with anyone just seems too exhausting. I find myself sighing a lot also.
Yep, a friend said that while getting her mail at the end of driveway, had to lay down on the ground because of fatigue; she just couldn't go on.
