Yea - i get this. I sometimes refer to the same feeling in my legs as my elephant legs because they are so heavy and dead feeling. My arms can also almost feel bruised. And my hands can also almost few arthritic — like I can’t even bend them or lift them or lift anything with them. Makes me feel real old and I’m only 30. Be well!

Absolutely! I have to feel pretty good in order to wash my hair! But even then it’s exhausting. I’m so tired lately too. Fibromyalgia affects everything but we just don’t notice until we have to do something that we realize fibromyalgia has affected it too! I tend to wash my very long hair once a week. Good luck!

Yes..that was one of my primary complaints before being diagnosed. For me, the only way to deal with it is just give yourself a day or two off (if possible) . Rest in bed..watch a movie.
If i try to keep going, it never improves.
I get my kids to cook and my husband to brush my hair. :)

I get the tired jaw problem at times. My mouth just doesn't want to open without a lot of pain. My arms and shoulders do get tired but not very often. My hands ache constantly. I think that is from arthritis but fibromyalgia could be part of the problem, as well.
