Practice practice practice good sleep hygiene.
It took me awhile but when I do these things it really does train my body to sleep better.

Go to sleep each night same time. Do soothing or quiet activity before bed. Sleep in completely black room, not a crack if light. Cover clocks up too! Breathe deep relax belly breathing while drifting off. Calm your mind, only listen to your body breathing. Wake up each day at same time even on weekends.
Don’t have electronics in bedroom either. Don’t drink water after dinner or early evening it will help you not get up at night to go to bathroom because then your brain wakes up! If you wake up ... lie still and remind yourself you waited all day to sleep, feel your mattress and cozy blankets under and around you, think quietly about that as you drift back to sleep. If you can’t get back to sleep get out of bed do quiet boring activity... go read a manual or something you hate reading... it will bore your brain and when you start to get tired go back to bed. Oh this is important try not to nap at all during day!!!!! If you really must do not sleep more than 30 minutes or else you will be entering phase one if your rem sleep stage for sleeping and that is not good to do . Best eishes👍🏻

My Restless Leg Syndrome was cured via Iron infusions and that helped so much with restorative sleep. Have your Doc check your Ferritin levels. My Rheum Doc wants my levels around 80 and they were at 17.
