Fybromalgia and Chronic fatigue syndrome is there any research going on or trials to cure these conditions or send them into remission?

Yes. They are doing research on fibro. I have heard that they are making an antiviral mixed with a artritis drug to help with fibro. The antiviral is to help with the epstein barr virus that causes mono. They are thinking that eb is what causes fibro. Look up medical medium on fb. The doctor on there has been doing research on fibro and he had alot of good info on fb.

Not everyone with fibro has cfs its considered a seprate condition n there is research into it yes but not heard of anything about it as i dont actually follow it very closly (dont have cfs).
Fibro has a small research into its cause but actual treatment is still a epic hit n miss because without a known cause its impossible to develope a broad spectrum treatment that actually works for many instead of just a few. One day i hope they do find the cause so a proper treatment option can be developed but i am ot holding my breath for it to be in my lifetime.

That's really interesting thank you. All people I know with Fybromalgia have said it started after a virus, mine certainly did.
