Does anyone else's skin become sensitive to touch/hot or cold? What about a burning type of pain?

I have been having a flair and I have had burning type pain in my hands and on top of that now I have the flu and my skin is so sensitive.

I have burning sensations at times and at times I have cold spots that will come up in different areas on my body.
