I have been having a flair and I have had burning type pain in my hands and on top of that now I have the flu and my skin is so sensitive.

I have burning sensations at times and at times I have cold spots that will come up in different areas on my body.

Yes, sensitive to cold, touch, air, or just burning feeling without any stimulus, wrists, lower ribs all around. Heat does not seem to provoke it.
