Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-I)
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Anyone tried this for insomnia? I can't stand the pharmaceuticals my dr prescribes me it just don't make me get any real sleep and I just don't feel like myself the day after.

It may help. There is a lot of good information on the Internet about good sleep hygiene. Still, it can be hard sometimes. Be patient and keep working on it.

Totally sympathise with you. I go to sleep at 10pm then wide awake from 2am onwards. Sometimes cammomile tea helps and listening to classical music to help me drift a way. If you could get someone to give you a massage before bed time, this would definitely help you sleep. Sweet dreams! Xxx
