My immune system is in overdrive so i never catch colds etc in fact they had me on chemo because of it due to the damage they think its doing. Chemo made me ill so i came off it a few weeks ago, i am at hospital next week to see the specialists they wont be happy. So i have the complete opposite issue.

I believe fibro is a auto immune disease which basically means our immune system is horrible. I seem to catch anything going around too. I started using the sanitizinf wipes on the carts at stores. I have been lucky and have not been sick in awhile. Try carrying anti bacterial wipes and use them often . i wash my hands several more times a day during cold and flu season too. I think that if you are in pain then even having a head cold will make you feel worse.
