My finger tips feel frost bitten without being outside?
Could be Raynaud’s? You don’t have to be outside in the cold for it to occur. It’s an autoimmune and seems to go with fibromyalgia quite a bit.

@Neasha I have always had problems with my fingers, especially cracking and pain. Not sure if it is related to fibromyalgia or something altogether different. Gentle hugs. Reading the other replies I’m going to research Raynauds. Just what I need, another autoimmune condition.
When my Raynaud’s kicks in I immediately put my hands under warm water. Not hot water or it will make the pain worse. And when I go outside I wear double gloves and double socks. Sometimes the tip of my ears get it really bad so if I know I’m going to be outside for a while I wear a hat.
Hi Yvette!!! So glad you are feeling better! ❤️

Does anything help warm up your finger tips? How about AFTER you do dishes or take a warm shower or bath how are they., How long do they stay warm do they tingle?
ah me too- and cold feet. I have to agree with the post above from NicoleAB- I've read that Raynaud's co-exists with many neurological and autoimmune conditions..
