I have had an intolerance to the sun and heat for a while now, even the so called summer in Scotland floors me. I havent been abroad in years and have missed family holidays weddings etc due to this. On a sunny day i overheat severely and direct sunlight gives me stomping headaches. I was wondering if anybody else has this issue.

Yes. If im out in the sun too long, I get a headache. N if its hot n humid, it sucks the life outta me, leaving me weak n exhausted.

I do - so I try to avoid direct sunlight. If I'm outside- I try to be in the shade. Too much sun can make me feel like I have the flu. Sick headache, feel week and drained, sometimes shakey. I've noticed even certain types of florescent lighting bothers me also.

In the sun, I get deathly sick. I'm at the beach in long sleeve, hat and long pants. Very hard as I was a beach goer and loved the sun. This didn't hit me till my 40's. The cold just kills my joint's.

Had that issue since the day of my birth. The nurcery found it out the hard way when i blistered up n over heated because they had me near the natural light of a window (i was a preme and it was something they did 40 odd years ago).

Ive gotten better with age, but ive never over come my intolerance to heat or the sun in general. I wearing a cooling vest when out to help regulate my temp and gover up head to toe when going out as possible to do so.
