Yes, that use to happen to me. My muscles became very tight and short, had to change the way I worked out. More emphasis on stretching, flexibility, and lighter weights, more reps. Making sure I stay hydrated is still a chore for me, and have downloaded an app to remind me to drink water.

yes, however this is almost non existent when I am regularly doing my TIA CHI

Yes. I always explain Like I have a pulled muscle, starting with a knot( muscle cramp), or over exercised type like feelings on a regular basis and they get stronger when starting with a flare or when weather fronts are approaching.

Yes, mine pull mine a lot easier now. I have to be careful when I hit the gym. I also am very sore easier too. So, now it's all about being mindful of my body even though I use to be able to hammer on it. Hugs
