Ok this is just for fun.
Does anyone else use a fitbit to try to encourage themselves to move? I really need it to go along with my weight watchers app to figure my activity points.. but it's also turning fun, like say I am 40 steps away from a major increment. I'll do a few laps in the house to get there.
If you have one, what's the funniest thing you did to get to a milestone?

No i havent. It was a thought. After rethiking,,,numbers have never been a fan of mine, nor I theres. See, to do the fitbit thing, I'd only be adding more frustrastion to my life, racing against time of you will. Raising 3 boys alone was a race for this or for that reason. For me, I have to deal with the here and now. Example; the therapist asked me to come back next month. I asked why, she said; she would like to work on 3 short term goals and 1 long term goal. I said the long term is out of reach right now as I need to work on the here and now body. The body thats dicating what & when I can do something. I dont like this fibromalgia, or the fibro brain fog that comes & goes when it feels like. I want to be continuously active again.☺
