What Do You All Use To Treat Nausea / Vertigo?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I cannot use pharmaceutical meds (they tend to work against me). Do any of you know alternative methods to treat nausea / vertigo?

I use peppermint oil, when I feel it coming on and it's an everyday thing for me I put a few drops of peppermint on a tissue and inhale a few times it helps when can't stop what your doing to lay down or even grab your Rx 💊 for it. There are several ways to use peppermint but this is my favorite use for it. Hope this helps. Even peppermint candy can help, I always have the candies near me or in my pocket.
