Pressure changes can also trigger migraines for some people as can varying degrees of pain. There are also food/drink/medication triggers

I used to have migraines but thank god I have not had them in years. I took fioricet when i had them. I used ice packs on my neck and it helped alot. I have found the only thing that helps my headaches now is ibuprofen. I take percocet daily for pain but it does not touch my headache pain. If you are not prescribed ibu. You can take 600mg 3 times a day while yiu have the headache. Just eat before you take it so yiu don't get an upset stomach. I hope you feel better. Hugs

Yes! I am plagued with chronic Migraines with Aura. I usually wake up with them, and they are much worse when storms are brewing. I never had migraines before getting fms. I am miserable when I have a Migraine....sensitivity to lights, and noise.
