I have heard many of you mention a U shaped pillow that is very comfortable to sleep on. Can you please tell me the brand name of the one you have, and how much it cost you? I have looked them up, and there are SO many different ones...it made my head spin. Lol π΅

@A MyFibroTeam Member I actually prefer a body pillow, which was purchased at Bed, Bath and Beyond a number of years ago. It is actually used by expectant mothers who find it difficult to find a comfortable position but I think it is fantastic for laying on your side if you have as much back pain as I do. I have also seen the body pillow available at Walmart. I would suggest you compare styles, as well as prices since the price varies from $9.99 to as much as $60.00 for body or U shaped pillows. I feel that quality always outweighs price; if you buy the absolute cheapest product you may find it needs replacement much sooner than if you had purchased the more expensive one. Good luck. Gentle hugs to help you get through your discomfort.
I have 2 normalpillows n one is hard up against wall so i can trap hands flat between pillows if they ache n curl up
