I used to see a chiro it help loads. I wish I could find one near to me, cause then I would use it again. The closest one I can find, since I moved is an hour away, I can't drive that far. I do miss it. Try it, only you can tell if it work on your own body.

I like chiro and think it helps. I have arthritis in my si joints and degenerative disc disease. I am not sure it will work if you dont have strucutral ailments but who knows. I had to stop acupuncture as i was always having my period after i went. Fibro is the worse for me during that time.

I havent noticed any difference. So i stopped going. Maybe be different for you though! Id suggest giving it a try. Make the appointment at the end of the day though. I found i had a tough time with pain after the appointment that day

Yep. I've been to two different ones. This was before I got diagnosed with fibro. I also have spinal stenosis. It did help me for a day or two.

I would advise gentle message and water therapy. I have tried chiropractic and acupuncture, but they are very limited in usefulness.
