I've gained 30lbs in the past year. I work out less and less and its showing.
Any tips to maintaining a healthy diet and how to exercise without overdoing it? Its been hard!

Hydrotherapy, exercise in the pool is great too. I saw a physiotherapist who knew alot about fibromyalgia and he gave me the exercises to do in the pool. I love doing it,
I really believe that sugar is our number one enemy. Unfortunately, at the moment of consuming it, it is so comforting, especially if combined with fat. Almost all the latest research shows that sugar is highly inflammatory, and that good fats are actually beneficial. Contradicts what we were told for years about avoiding fat. When I consume sugar, my pain level goes up quite a lot.

My Dr said walking for 15 mins. My weight is at 132lbs. I started at 170 @5'2" . I was in constant pain I was classified as obese.
Yoga is supposed to be good!
