Does Anyone Else Feel Fatigued All Day But Get A Small Burst Of Energy At Night?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I feel so sleepy all day and have no energy but sometimes get a big energy boost at night. It varies from day to day..i used to try to force myself to get things done in the day time but now i know better than to even try..i would also like to know if anyone has found a way to incorporate their schedule around it? I have my girls so sleeping during the time i dont feel good really isnt an option for me and its very frustrating! Any advice or tips?

Yes I do the same thing. I usually get the burst of energy around the time I need to sleep, like 10:00 pm. It does not occur every day, but it's strange that it hits me late in the evening. Then I have to take something to help me sleep. Very annoying.

My whole life happens at night. I'm up and do things during the day but I actually live at night. Late at night I have no fibro at all.
